We are a 100% Black owned proudly South African Company. We operate at the very highest levels of integrity, efficiency, and professionalism, and we are formed from a small group of handpicked, highly trained professionals based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. Mr Nelson Pillay
(OPERATIONS DIRECTOR)
If expertise in the security industry can be personified look no further than the Operations Director for Citiguard Security Services, Mr Nelson Pillay.
Having been involved in the security and risk management sector for over 35 years, Nelson Pillay brings with him a wealth of experience not only within the security industry but in customer relations as well.
With a reputation founded on the “customer experience”, he has allowed companies and franchises to focus on their core business by following a simple philosophy: “It’s not just about security, it’s about providing a personal service that gives our clients peace of mind in knowing that their business is secure” (Nelson Pillay).
For over three decades, Nelson Pillay has been hands-on in overseeing, managing, and reducing the risk found in many industries including national key points, hotel and leisure, gaming, and aviation sectors. His experience in the security industry ultimately led to him fulfilling the role of Head of Operations within G4S Security and later Malendela Security Services.
Throughout the years, he has provided his renowned clientele the ultimate peace of mind in knowing that their security and risk protocols are being personally managed, monitored and attended to.
